Due to popular demand Sophie or wonderful Yoga teacher is putting on a news 5 week block beginners yoga class.  Fundamentals in Hatha Yoga, in a relaxed, non-competative atmosphere, where you are encouraged to listen to your own body and go at your own pace. Breath awareness, physical alignment, mental alignment, strengthening of core, stretch and tone, learn some slow flows to start building up your practice, always ending with deep relaxation and elements of meditation.
