The New Oriel Hall offers inspirational space for the whole community in a beautifully restored Victorian school where fine attention to detail and creative colour schemes  produce space that is versatile and uplifting.

Main Hall

A spectacular high ceiling makes the Main Hall the perfect venue for special celebrations such as weddings, at one end there are huge sliding doors that open into the Social Area.

Social Area

The carpeted Social Area is linked to the Main Hall via huge sliding doors to create one enormous space when needed. It is light and airy and lit by beautiful globe chandeliers. The kitchen and bar area can be opened into the social area creating an attractive and practical working space. With an open plan mezzanine above the kitchen the whole area is versatile and practical whilst remaining attractive

Small Hall

The sunny and light Small Hall has a modern kitchen area and a 90″ TV screen for film showings and presentations. It is used by art groups, as well as for yoga, pilates classes, dancing, pre-school drama, meetings and meditation.

Kitchen and Bar Area

There is a well equipped kitchen with three fridges, a dishwasher and a five ring cooker. White crockery, cutlery and glasses are available to hire for large events.

Meeting rooms

Two meeting rooms upstairs provide space for meetings, classes and groups requiring more intimate space.

Cedar Studio

A separate studio which is warm and cosy, perfect for counselling, therapies and 1:1 practices.

Outdoor space

We have a small, pretty garden and a yard. There is a ramp for wheelchair users running from the car park up to the hall.

Local amenities

Larkhall has an excellent range of interesting and unusual independent shops, butchers, green grocers and deli. Along with cafes and pubs all within a few yards of the hall.

Parking/Transport links

Plenty of free on-street parking and a shoppers car park directly outside the hall with stay of two hours. There is a bus stop a few yards from the hall with regular buses into the city centre.
