Relax deeply and sleep better, stay fit, strong and supple, alleviate pregnancy ailments and move better.
Develop tools for a smoother birth, get informed, then listen to your instincts, find time to bond with your baby, make friends and find support.
Suitable from 15/16 weeks of pregnancy, with no previous experience of yoga required. If you have an established practice you may be able to begin earlier. Mats are provided, though you may of course bring your own if you prefer. A small donation towards the costs of hall hire would be appreciated if you are able.
