Tuesdays 6.15pm – 7.15pm

For those with little or no experience, or those returning after a gap, needing a gentle, structured, non-competitive re introduction in the fundamentals of alignment, and basic foundation in the philosophy behind hatha yoga practice. The course is progressive, and will lead to more Beginners courses, with increasing depth.
