Q: Do you have any high chairs? / Baby changing facilities
A: We have three high chairs available, there is a hire charge of £5.00 per high chair. There are baby changing facilities.
Q: Is there somewhere kids can chill out/play/watch videos?
A: There are additional spaces available to hire for a small extra cost, please enquire.
Q: Do you allow bands? Do you have a PA system?
A: Yes we do allow bands here. Wedding couples often have Ceilidhs, Barn Dances, Discos and live bands for their evening party. We have very strict noise restrictions here and request that wedding couples adhere to the terms of hire. We have a PA system here at the hall which is suitable for a DJ, it has a jackpoint for MP3 players, a CD player and we offer MIC hire. The PA system, is not suitable for bands.
Q: What are the seating arrangements/are chairs and tables available?
A: We have 16 large trestle tables available (6ft x 2ft 6 ins) seats 8, and 5 small tables (4ft x 2ft 6ins) seats 6. There are enough chairs to comfortably seat everyone. Alternative seating and tables can be hired by the wedding couple if required.
Q: Do you provide table cloths?
A: We do have rectangle table cloths for hire which fit our tables. Please ask for details
Q: Does the Hall allow parties and weddings to do their own catering – what facilities/crockery etc do you have?
A: You are welcome to do your own catering, or hire in professional catering staff. For an additional cost you can hire cutlery and crockery for up to 130 people and we now have glasses to hire. If you have hired caterers they often supply their own cutlery and crockery.
Q: Is there a garden/outdoor area?
A: We have a small well-kept leafy garden at the front of the building suitable for photos and a medium sized back yard area at the back. The back area can be used for BBQ’s and Hog roasts and can be made to look attractive with gazebos and decorations in the summer months.
